December 21 and 26 (Saka Sirhind Day) are sacred days for Sikhs all over the world, as it was on these days in 1705 that the elder sahibzade Baba Ajit Singh and Baba Jujhar Singh died on the 21st and again on the 26th, while the two younger ones were cruelly executed by the Mughal ruler of Sirhind.
Saka Sirhind, the massacre of the children of Guru Gobind Singh
Here is a series of events related to Saka Sirhind:
- Expulsion of Mata Gujar kaur (mother of Guru gobind singh g), Sahibzada Fateh Singh and Sahibzada Zorawar Singh younger sons of Guru gobind singh ji from the seat of Anandpur Sahib.

- Punishment – All 3 prisoners on an open tower (Thanda Burj) and both sahibjadas are finally walled up alive and finally cut their knee and throat. Mata Gujjar kaur also died on the same day after both sahibjadea martyrs.
